Officially registered as a corporate entity at the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 15, 2006, Green Circle Realty is headed by its founder and President, Gabriel V. Dominguez who used to be the public affairs manager of the Pag-IBIG Fund, a former senior vice president of Fil-Estate Network, Inc. and a marketing consultant to various real estate developers.
